Operations Facilitator

• Preparing & coordinating with business, product, course intensively to make sure upcoming course production running smoothly
• Input course materials into LMS Cakap
• Providing administration support for running or upcoming class & course submission & revision
• Assisting trainer on a webinar class
• Coordinating with trainers & external facilitator relate to learning support, issue, and class preparation
• Class reporting before & after running classes

Course Developer

• Research program content & create RPP for 15 hours of learning
• Construction of lesson plans such as taching methods, duration, supporting materials, learning activities, tools and materials, and additional resources,
• Construction activities & duration

Operations Facilitator

• Willing to work in shift hours day or night
• Bachelor degree in education or related field
• Having an experience in course operations & course production is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Confident, articulate, and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• Having ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and ensure deadlines are met

Course Developer

• Minimum bachelor degree in Education or any field related
• Minimum 1 year work experience in developing vocational courses or learning & development training will be great. Please attached your work portfolio along with your CV
• Experience in creating learning curriculum, syllabus, and lessons, along with assessment tools. (A portfolio of this content development will be requested during the interview process)
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines
