Barista Trainer

• Design and conduct comprehensive Tea Barista training programs (tea brewing, blending, serving techniques, and tea knowledge).
• Ensure the highest consistency in beverage quality.
• Perform regular evaluations of Tea Barista performance and provide constructive, motivational coaching.
• Educate the team on proper tea storage, as well as brewing equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to the research and development of new tea beverages.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer chats via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and other online platforms quickly, politely, and professionally.
• Providing information about the menu, prices, promotions, operating hours, and Sancha branch locations.
• Handling customer complaints and questions with appropriate and polite solutions.
• Managing the customer database and chat history.
• Helping to improve customer satisfaction and the café’s positive image on social media.
• Recording customer feedback and suggestions. Preparing monthly reports.

Sancharista (Barista Tea)

• Prepare beverages in accordance with company SOPs without exception.
• Serve guests in a friendly manner.
• Explain products and upsell to consumers to the maximum extent possible.
• Calculate daily store stock takings.
• Report daily work results to management.
• Follow the predetermined schedule.

Barista Trainer

• Male candidate, ideally 25 to 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on Tea/Beverages.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A patient, enthusiastic leader with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring the craft of tea.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses time flexibility (ready for overtime).
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality in every tea serving.

Customer Service

• Male/Female, maximum age 25 years old (single).
• Minimum education level: Senior High School/Vocational School.
• Experience in the field is preferred.
• Good communication skills and Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Communicative, friendly, and patient in serving customers.
• Able to type quickly, meticulously, and accustomed to using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other online applications.

Sancharista (Barista Tea)

• Attractive, clean, and neat appearance Male/female, aged 19-28 years old (unmarried).
• Experience as a barista/cashier (MANDATORY).
• Work efficiently and pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and clear.
• Able to recognise aromas and flavours.
• English language skills are preferred.
