- Perform pra-implementation consulting, scoping, cost analysis, and project planning at prospective customers
- Finding new individuals around campus and gather information
- Follow up leads that come in to the company
- Arranging and attending meetings (online or on site)
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their needs
- Meeting the sales target quarterly
- Working with internal team to devise a solution that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Working with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to brief the internal team on ongoing projects
- Working on pitches, alongside the team, to present solution to the client
- Presenting corporate profile, solution and costs to clients
- Reviewing and presenting works to client for approval or modification
- Monitoring work progress together with Project Managers and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
- Check the status of each project and ensure timely project completion
- Working on sales report for supervisor in regular basis
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Majoring IT, Accounting, Economy, or Business
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Account Rep/Marketing. Preference will be given to those who have worked in IT companies and have Enterprise customers (banks, insurance, multi-finance, distributors/retail products).
- Having Good Knowledge In Sales
- Familiar with Target achievement with sales revenue
- Fluency in oral and written communication in both English and Indonesian.
- Dynamic, Smart, target oriented, proactive, and having interest in sales area.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Have good knowledge in Indonesian Payroll Regulation
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficient negotiation and presentation skill
- Have a good complaint handling skill
