Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Accounting Staff
- Accurately record and verify daily financial transactions
- Perform cash, bank, and other related account reconciliations, entries, ledgers
- Check the completeness and accuracy of invoices, purchase invoices, and transaction documents
- Prepare cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic financial reports in Excel
- Assist with the monthly closing process and ensure data is ready for review
- Store and manage financial document archives in an orderly and structured manner
- Coordinate with the purchasing, finance, and operational teams to ensure data completeness and smooth processes
- Perform other financial administrative tasks as needed and as directed by superiors
General Affair
- Arrange and book accommodation and transportation for local and expatriate employees according to company needs
- Manage business travel requirements, including air tickets, hotels, ground transportation, daily allowances, and other related expenses
- Handle and monitor transportation allowance requests, reimbursements, and cash advances for employees
- Support operational efficiency and oversee procurement activities to ensure cost-effective operations
- Coordinate with vendors for the provision of operational facilities, such as accommodation, transportation, and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure all company facilities, equipment, and assets are well maintained and in good working condition
- Manage procurement and inventory control, including purchasing and stock opname of office supplies, electronics, cleaning equipment, transportation, and other operational needs
Admin Finance
- Creating offers, invoices, orders, receipts and memoranda of understanding (MOU) for customer service and sales
- Managing payments for operations/projects, budgeting, rekap mutasi and rekonsiliasi, and producing daily expenditure reports for unpaid items
- Cheque handling and giros for supplier/leasing payments due. Monthly payment due date rekap and remind leader and director three days before the due date
- Create POS for suppliers, CCTV, the internet and other items as required
- Supporting the preparation of bank application documents for working capital. Arranging vehicles (including vehicles for HO and kitchen operations)
- Always coordinating with dealers and leasing companies for payment schemes, vehicle registration documents, and other necessary items
Senior HR Generalist
- Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Manage and optimize job vacancy postings across various platforms to attract the best talent
- Conduct accurate candidate assessments and ensure effective selection aligned with organizational needs
- Oversee and coordinate mass hiring initiatives to meet large-scale workforce demands
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both online and offline and manage post- interview evaluations
- Collaborate closely with General Administration, Department Heads, and Managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements
- Provide guidance and support in HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR strategies, processes, and documentation

Syarat Pekerjaan
Accounting Staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff or related position
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals: journal reconciliations, and simple financial reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team
General Affair
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 years experience as an General Affair
- Experienced in supervising and coordinating drivers, security staff, and office boy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accustomed to multitasking and managing several tasks simultaneously
- Possess a good service attitude and able to establish positive relationships with employees and external parties
Admin Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 1 years experience as an admin finance/finance admin (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of financial administration and bookkeeping
- Experience in handling data entry, invoices, and financial documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate in administrative work
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team
- High integrity and responsible in handling financial data
Senior HR Generalist
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Officer, or related human resources roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of taking initiative in improving HR processes
