Brand Manager

• Develop and implement brand strategy, positioning, and messaging
• Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Manage and update brand guidelines
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights and competitors
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and brand KPIs
• Manage brand marketing budget and optimize ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product)
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation

Finance Administration

• Prepare accurate and well-organized financial reports
• Monitor and support the finance team’s daily activities
• Manage and review tax documents (tax invoices, withholding tax certificates, etc.)
• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns (PPN, PPh) and annual tax reports in compliance with applicable regulations
• Accurately input and maintain tax recapitulation and administrative data
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding tax matters
• Assist in the preparation of tax audits and examinations by authorized authorities

Human Resource Administration

• Assist in managing employee administration (employee data, employment contracts, correspondence, and document filing)
• Assist in the recruitment process (posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
• Input and update employee data in the HR system
• Assist in managing attendance, leave, overtime, and employee attendance recapitulation
• Support the payroll process by preparing supporting data
• Handle the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees

Brand Manager

• Female Only
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry
• Experienced in building and maintaining brands
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Experience in brand guidelines and content planning
• Sensitive to market trends and consumer behavior
• Leadership and strong collaboration skills
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick learner
• Strong marketing and branding knowledge
• Ability to develop and execute brand strategies

Finance Administration

• Female Only
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration
• Able to prepare basic financial reports and perform data reconciliation
• Knowledge of tax administration (VAT/PPN, WHT/PPh) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and team

Human Resource Administration

• Male or Female
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/administration (preferred)
• Understanding of basic HR and labor administration processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong administrative skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
