Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Reply to customer chat from the provided platform (marketplace, e.g: Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc)
  • Follow up on pending orders, Sales (unfinished orders), and Shipping (Order process)
  • Ensuring orders that are input and processed are in accordance with customer request
  • Coordinate with other related divisions if there’s a change request from the customer
  • Confirm if there’s a returned item or complaint
  • Make daily reports (including daily cases)
  • Reply to customer reviews from available platforms

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Man/Woman, max. 27 years
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers/buyer
  • Fast-Typing and Basic computer skills
  • Can work with a team
  • Able to work in 24 Hours-shifting and weekend & national holiday
  • Basic English skill is a plus
