• Identify and reach out to potential sponsors (brands, companies, SMEs, etc.)
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and deliver presentations when needed
• Develop attractive sponsorship and media partner packages tailored to sponsor needs
• Maintain communication with sponsors/media partners until the event execution
• Assist in negotiating mutual benefits and ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled
• Create a final sponsorship report after the event concludes

Partnership Specialist

• Conduct outreach and canvassing to identify potential speakers or partners in the business field
• Build and manage a lead pipeline through research and networking
• Initiate contact, introduce the organization, and explore collaboration opportunities
• Schedule meetings and negotiate partnership terms aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain detailed records of partnership activities

Freelance Researcher

• Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research to identify common pain points experienced by business owners and industry professionals
• Gather insights through desk research, expert interviews, surveys, or focus groups
• Analyze industry reports, publications, and relevant data to support research findings
• Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure research aligns with Aksoro’s content and strategic direction

Freelance Sponsorship

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sponsorship, partnership, or business collaboration
• Communicative and persuasive, both verbally and in writing
• Able to prepare proposals and deliver presentations confidently
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Partnership Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven 1-2 years experience in partnership building, business development, or a similar role
• Strong networking skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging potential partners
• Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
• Familiarity with the business industry and understanding of relevant topics
• Comfortable with canvassing and cold outreach techniques
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships
• Preferably Jakarta Based (Remote Working)

Freelance Researcher

• Proven experience in market or industry research (academic or professional)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious
