Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Can comunication with the staff
- Prepares & Cooks food
- Reviews & adjust systems & procedures in the kitchen to ensure their effectiveness
- Develops or CREATES NEW MENUS & RECIPES
- Knowledge of high quality food products , presentations & flavor
- Identify food suppliers
- Identify trends in market needs & wants
- Can cook multiple cuisines (especially teppanyaki food style)
- Controlling the stock of ingredients in the kitchen
- Prepare operational requirements for the next day
- Maintain CLEANLINESS of the KITCHEN and surroundings
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Be able to work late (shift system)
- Good Personality
- Diligent, honest & responsible
- Min 2 year experience
