Handle and analyze civil & criminal cases
Draft and review pleadings (lawsuits, answers, replies, rejoinders, conclusions)
Manage litigation and non-litigation matters
Represent clients before Indonesian courts and relevant authorities
Prepare structured legal reports and maintain proper documentation

Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from an accredited university (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Legal within Indonesia (law firm or in-house corporate experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing Advocate in Indonesia
Strong litigation strategy, legal drafting, and negotiation skills
In good standing with the Indonesian Bar and no record of ethical sanctions
