• 5+ years in business development/partnerships (especially in F&B or related fields).

• Strong knowledge of planning, P&L, costing, and performance metrics.
• Skills in outlet operations, training, and expansion.
• Proven success in strategic and tactical sales and partnership building.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and maintains a representative lifestyle.
• Proficient in English.
• Agile, fast learner, proactive, and problem-solver.
• Start-up or ed-tech experience is a plus
