Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide High-quality administrative and Project Support
- Provide project updates and collect reports and documentation for invoicing from the client and any other tracking systems as required
- Creating and updating workflows
- Monitoring the progress of the project and also addressing potential issues
- Acting as the contact point for all project participants
- Schedule meetings and take minutes
- Review issues within day-to-day operational processes and come up with actionable solutions
- Prepare and present project updates/deliverables
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Min. Diploma degree, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Have experience in consulting firm/project work is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving capability
- Able to multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Calm and flexible approach to work
- Proficiency with microsoft office and microsoft excel
- Available to join as soon as possible
