Selain menjual unit mobil, HAKA Auto juga menekankan layanan purna jual seperti bengkel untuk perbaikan kendaraan dan penyediaan suku cadang.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales Executive
- Interact directly with consumers and be entrusted with offering the best service possible in order to pique their interest in acquiring the provided products
- Responsible for handling the sales process, from the time of the first request to the execution of the order
Sales Supervisor
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor sales pipeline, track sales activities, & ensure accurate reporting
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales volume and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Service, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer complaints & resolve issues professionally & efficiently

Sales Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Available to join as soon as possible
