• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, polite, professional, and solution-oriented manner
• Provide clear explanations about different types of eyeglasses, lenses, and product features based on customer needs
• Recommend products according to customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• Assist customers in selecting frames, trying on glasses, and ensuring overall comfort
• Support the initial eye pre-test process before customers are referred to the optician
• Maintain product displays to ensure they are neat, clean, and visually appealing
• Accurately record sales transactions and assist with payment processes
• Continuously update product knowledge (frames, lenses, coatings, and promotions) to provide accurate information
• Support store promotions and event activities as needed

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
• Willing to be placed at any store location
• Well-groomed appearance with a polite and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience as an SPG/SPB, in retail, or similar roles is an advantage
• Active, confident, and able to offer products persuasively
• Able to work toward sales targets and perform well under pressure
• Fast learner with the ability to understand technical information about frames, lenses, and eyewear features
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a team
• Detail-oriented in recording sales transactions and managing customer data
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience in the optical industry is a plus
