Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Content Creator
- A portfolio showcasing previous work (photos, videos, designs, or other media)
- Willingness to work with targets and a proactive attitude
- Passion for the creative industry, digital marketing, and social media
- Able to analyzing social media trend
- Basic photography & Videography
Digital Marketing
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for product shoots, events, social media, promos, and tutorials
- Edit and enhance photos and videos to align with the company’s aesthetic and branding
- Organize and maintain a photo and video library for easy access
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for ads and social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Ensure proper lighting, audio, and camera setup for high-quality production
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
Videographer
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Increase traffic & conversions through SEO, content marketing & paid ads
- Collaborate with content & design teams for marketing materials
- Manage performance reports and suggest improvements
Syarat Pekerjaan
Content Creator
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Communication or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)
- Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with industry trends and target audiences
- Design and Editing Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar applications
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Ability to analyze content performance and develop strategies to increase engagement
- Preferred candidates should have the ability to capture high-quality photos and videos for content creation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage content schedules effectively
Digital Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in videography and photography with a strong portfolio
- Experience with video editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Proficient with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc
- Ability to follow creative briefs and contribute to content improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and composition
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Videographer
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing
- Strong analytical skills to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
- Familiar with digital sales funnels & customer journey strategies
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends & tools
