• Formulate current staffing needs across various departments
• Forecast and plan for future growth and staffing requirements.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create a hiring plan
• Support employee retention initiatives by contributing to the development of growth and career progression strategies
• Assist in the creation and implementation of employee development programs
• Address and solve employee-related challenges within departments
• Work closely with department managers to resolve employee issues and improve overall team dynamics
• Design and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience (People Experience)
• Collaborate with HR, managers, and team leads to improve the working environment and culture
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company as per evolving needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
• Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing talent across multiple channels (job boards, social media, direct sourcing, recruitment agencies, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and handling employee challenges
• Experience designing and implementing employee retention and development programs
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively
