General Affair

• Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai General Affair Staff
• Memahami manajemen aset, vendor, dan purchasing
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
• Mampu berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal dan eksternal, termasuk melakukan negosiasi dengan vendor
• Memiliki kemampuan administratif yang baik
• Penempatan di Head Office, Jakarta Utara

Data Analyst Staff Staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, or a related field. Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analyst projects (Freshgraduate are wellcome)
• Proficient in Ms. Excel (Python or R is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking, detail-oriented and high accuracy
• Analytical skills with a focus on providing forward-looking insight and value added analysis
• Willing to work at Head Office North Jakarta

Comben Sect. Head

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
• Min. 4 years experience as Product Development Supervisor (in pawn industry or electronic industry is preferred)
• Experience in designing and implementing new products for new markets
• Experience in developing distribution channel strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly motivated, data-oriented, and a fast learner
• Willing to work at the Head Office in North Jakarta

OD SPV

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organization development, including expertise in KPI management, organizational design, competency modeling, and job analysis
• Experience in designing KPIs and performance management systems
• Knowledge of job analysis, role definition, and competency modeling
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work at Head Office (North Jakarta)
