• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships, particularly in hospitality and travel sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners such as travel agents, hotel partners, and key stakeholders
• Develop and implement business development strategies to boost sales and brand visibility
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and industry competition to direct strategic planning
• Prepare business proposals, conduct presentations, and lead partnership negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, reservations) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Conduct business visits and meetings with partners or prospective clients when needed
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s business network

• Bachelor’s degree Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Proven ability to develop business. strategies and establish long-term partnerships
• Target-oriented and capable of leading a small team.
• Wide network in hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors is a plus
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to travel for business purposes. when required
