Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct product training sessions for outlet staffs.
- Develop and update training materials (manuals, SOPs, videos, and presentation decks).
- Demonstrate food and beverage preparation techniques and product knowledge.
- Coordinate closely with R&D and operations for new product rollouts.
- Perform on-site SOP implementation audits and provide feedback for improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report progress to management.

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a trainer, or supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards and operational SOPs.
- Confident in public speaking and delivering training to staff across Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint & Excel) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva).
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead and motivate teams.
