On a daily basis you will be handling for multiple task and work areas such as:

• Record accounting transaction data in Accounting Software
• Prepare and issue invoices to Client and tax invoices using Coretax
• Handle tax reporting through Coretax
• Reconcile Bank Statement with Accounting Record
• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests from Client, Vendor, and Subcontractor
• Process payment to on site engineering team from Internet Banking Company
• Support company management in handling Finance, Accounting and Tax Matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Tax (min. Associate’s degree acceptable)
• 0 – 1 Year of experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding in finance, accounting and tax principles and concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office system especially Microsoft Excel
• Have experience in Accounting Software is a plus
• High skills in documentation are a must
• Basic tax knowledge (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, PPh 4(2))
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Able to join immediately
• On a personal level it is an advantage if you are well structured, communicative, and capable of working in a team and deliver thorough work of a high quality and accuracy in a timely manner
