Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Managing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with seasonal menus, promotions, and events.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, KOLs, and brand partners.
Prepare regular reports campaign performance and ROI.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum experience of 1 year in marketing, preferably in F&B.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with creative mindset, attention to detail, and the bility to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the F&B industry and understanding of customer behavior in the hospitality space.
Aesthetic sense to align marketing materials with Etera’s brand identity.
Familiarity with influencer and KOL collaboration is a plus.
