• Responsible for shipping company inquiries, seat confirmation, and other related tasks
• Responsible for responding to inquiries on the company’s online platform to facilitate transactions;
• Responsible for training and managing the Jakarta operations team to complete daily operational tasks

Mandarin Translator

• Translate the meeting, reports, formal letter work, and also in meeting or internal event or any activities into genuine Bahasa Indonesia – Mandarin (Vice Versa)

Staff PPJK at a Logistics Company

• Familiar with CEISA 4.0 and understand how to manage the customs clearance process in Indonesia especially at Port of Semarang and Jakarta.
• Be familiar with the company’s business, optimize the operation process, save costs, and improve efficiency.
• Assist in solving difficulties in the operational work, coordinate the work with the operational team, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s business

Finance and Tax

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Calculate, pay, and report company taxes (VAT and Income Tax)
• Handle tax reporting using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Filing systems
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax reviews
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Legal Officer

• Manage and maintain company legal documents (deeds, licenses, permits, contracts)
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle corporate licensing and legal administration
• Coordinate with notaries, government institutions, and external legal parties

Shipping Manager at a Logistics Company

• Over 3 years of freight forwarding experience, familiar with shipping company freight forwarding resources, and the customs clearance procedures for imports and exports in Jakarta
• Proactive at work, diligent and responsible, with a team spirit, able to lead the team to continuous progress
• Fluent communication in English or Chinese

Mandarin Translator

• Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, with seamless communication
