Sales Manager

• Responsible to optimize & maximize Hotel Revenue in order to achieve the budget
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts

• Providing a high-quality dining experience for guests through professional, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Placing all china/silver/glassware & linen on the tables/station according to the standard set up
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials
