• Responsible to optimize & maximize Hotel Revenue in order to achieve the budget.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.
• Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts.

Weddings & Social Events Sales

• Responsible for driving wedding and social event business by delivering personalized.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiries and client consultations through event confirmation and handover to operations while ensuring each event reflects the hotel’s standards.
• Key role in revenue generation, client relationship management, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for weddings and social celebrations.
• Developing promotional events, coordinating with sales and delivery teams, and ensuring a positive client experience.
