• The training program is 3 months long, with 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days per week, each session lasting up to 4 hours.
• Training participation is mandatory and forms part of the assessment.
• Performance will be evaluated during the training period.
• Confirmation is subject to successful completion of training.
• The school reserves the right to discontinue training/employment if expectations are not met during the training period.

• March: Recruitment
• April: Academy Starts
• July: Teacher Deployment

• Green Lake

• Cikarang
• Bandung

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor’s degree must be in English Education or Early Childhood Education (PAUD)
• Willing to attend and commit to a structured training program provided by the school
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to follow guidance from senior teachers
• Patient, caring, and responsible when working with young children
• Able to work well in a team and follow school policies and classroom procedures
• Good communication skills
