Bussines Analyst

• Compiling data, identifying trend and creating dashboard/reports
• Responsible for sales and financial forecasting, budget prepaction and cost
  control monitoring
• Mapping current business process and designing improved future process
• Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to requirement and budget
  constraints

Marketing Specialist

• Develop comprehensive digital strctegies to be executed by the outsourced marketing team
• Design frameworks for small and large-scale events to be implemented by the field teams
• Lead the planning and scheduling of seasonal marketing programs and product campaigns
• Oversee campaign results and market trends to ensure brand growth in the hybrid seed market

Bussines Analyst

• Min. Bachelors Degree (S1)
• Min. 1-2 years experiences in related field
• Good skill with Google spreadsheet and Ms. Office
• Good analytical thinking and effective communication

Marketing Specialist

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); Marketing majors are preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Prior experience in the Agriculture or Hybrid seed industry is a major plus
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and coordinate with on-ground field teams
