Deskripsi Pekerjaan

HR GA

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and candidate requirements
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, Linkedin, internal database, etc.)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure hiring targets are met within the agreed timeline
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment progress reports
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in General Affairs functions (office facilities, asset management, etc.)
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

Technical Analyst

  • Melakukan Pengujian kimia, Analisis permasalahan, serta penyelesaian masalah technical electroplating di customer
  • Melakukan trial di customer & QC hasil trial
  • Bertindak sebagai problem solving atas kendala yang di dapatkan oleh customer baik dalam penggunaan kimia ataupun dalam prosesnya

Sales Specialist

  • Menjual produk bahan kimia kepada pelanggan industri
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien baru dan lama
  • Mencari prospek pelanggan baru melalui canvassing, email, telepon, atau kunjungan langsung
  • Memberikan presentasi produk dan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan
  • Menyusun penawaran harga, negosiasi, dan menutup penjualan
  • Mencapai target penjualan bulanan/kuartalan/tahunan yang ditetapkan perusahaan
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim teknis atau R&D untuk memahami kebutuhan teknis pelanggan
  • Memantau tren pasar dan kompetitor
  • Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan dan forecast ke atasan

Syarat Pekerjaan

HR GA

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and interview techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience in handling HRGA tasks is a plus
  • Able to deal with many stakeholders and users (especially C level)

  • Pendidikan Si Kimia / Teknik Kimia
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Chemical Analyst / QC Kimia / RND. (Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar)

  • Pekerja keras, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan
