Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach
- Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values
- Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures
- Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance throughout operating hours
- Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards
- Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule
- Placement: Howel & Co Offline Store – Plaza Senayan
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is an advantage
- Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
