Air Freight Sales

• Achieve sales targets and grow the business
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers while finding new opportunities
• Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, and follow up to successfully close deals
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth shipments, while keeping sales reports updated and staying aware of market trends

Procurement Staff

• Provide freight rates for nominated shipments to Surabaya, Bali, and Jakarta accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and smooth operations
• Support internal and external customers with responsive and reliable service
• Source and negotiate with vendors/agents to meet pricing and inquiry needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and maintain accurate database & reports

Sales and Marketing (Jakarta)

• Identifying new potential customers and developing sales strategies, especially forimport-export operations
• Understanding customer needs and coordinating preparation of logistics solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and proposals to exporters, importers, and trading company
• Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Sales and Marketing (Surabaya)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare sales quotations and conduct professional customer visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Tracking progress and achieve sales target

Senior Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare sales quotations and conduct professional customer visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Tracking progress and achieve sales target.

Air Freight Sales

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in air freight sales
• Strong knowledge of air freight process & documentation (AWB, customs, Incoterms)
• Proven sales skills & target-oriented
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proactive, independent, and team player
• Familiar with Jakarta market (existing network is a plus)

Procurement Staff

• 1-2 years experience in logistics, procurement, or customer service
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, and operations
• Proficient in MS Office; procurement system experience is a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic English
• Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive team player

Sales and Marketing (Jakarta)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or shipping industry
• Understanding of import-export procedures and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven sales with expericence in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade
• Solid understanding of import-export procedures
