Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum age: 22 years old
- Minimum education: vocational high school or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
- Understand coffee basics and brewing methods
- Able to dial in espresso and adjust grind settings
- Experience with manual brew methods
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans
- Consistent in taste, texture, and presentation
- Work fast and stay organized during rush hours
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and equipment
- Disciplined and punctual
- Follow SOP consistently
- Friendly and confident when serving customers
- Clear and direct communication
- Experience using POS system
- Work well in a team
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail in every cup
- Take initiative without constant supervision
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
