Syarat Pekerjaan
PPIC Supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of MRP, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory control
- Experience using ERP systems and production planning tools
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Diagnostic, or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and regulated manufacturing environments
PPIC Staff
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse, or Manufacturing Operations
- Understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory control, and production scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Diagnostic, FMCG, or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
IT Staff
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, or System Administration. Experience in ERP implementation or support is an advantage
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, and Network Troubleshooting
- Experience supporting or administering ERP systems, including user management, master data, basic system configuration, user training, and issue troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of SQL Database, system integration, business process mapping, and reporting tools
- Familiar with Cybersecurity, Backup & Recovery, IT Asset Management, CCTV, Access Control
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Able to join immediately
Costing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in costing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Manage and execute cost accounting processes for diagnostic products
- Develop cost models and effective pricing strategies
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to optimize costs
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams
- Prepare financial reports related to COGS, product margins, and inventory costs
- Conduct cost audits and perform inventory valuation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Recommend improvements to cost management policies and systems
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
