Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business collaborations that generate revenue across the company’s business units
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with brands, corporations, communities, institutions, and other strategic stakeholders
Develop partnership proposals and sponsorship packages, and lead pitching, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners
Explore and develop opportunities for corporate partnerships, corporate memberships, brand activations, event collaborations, co-branding initiatives, and other commercial partnerships
Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives
Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and identify new partnership opportunities
Prepare partnership reports, evaluate campaign performance, and provide recommendations to strengthen future collaborations
Achieve sponsorship, partnership, and revenue targets set by the company
Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing. Communications. Public Relations, or a related discipline is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sponsorship, Partnerships, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Relations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
An established network with brands, corporations, or communities is an advantage
Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for or interest in the sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is a plus
