Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate the Distribution Transition Project from planning until go-live
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including the distributor, logistics provider, tax consultant, customers, and suppliers
- Collect required information and prepare project documentation
- Follow up on project timelines and action items
- Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Coordinate customer onboarding and vendor registration
- Monitor project progress and report directly to Management
- Freelance Contract – Maximum 4 Months
Compensation
- Project-based remuneration
- Completion bonus
Expenses
- Business travel expenses reimbursed by the Company
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Commercial Administration, or related fields
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to communicate and prepare reports in English
- Proficient in preparing project trackers, business documentation, and working with Microsoft Excel (including basic accounting arrangement) and Word
- Basic understanding of accounting and business processes is an advantage
