Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Provide friendly and engaging customer service, taking orders accurately and handling payments
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
  • Restock ingredients and supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Must be neat, clean, and tidy
  • Male/Female, aged between 19 to 28. (preference will be given to male and those who are unmarried)
  • Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
  • Be proficient in using both manual and automatic coffee machines
  • Own a private vehicle for work
  • Placement Location: Lippo Mall Puri
