Junior Quality Assurance

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Basic understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and testing methodologies
• Able to execute test scripts and test cases accurately based on defined requirements
• Familiar with manual testing and basic understanding of automated testing
• Able to document test results and report defects using relevant defect-tracking tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with banking or financial technology products is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Middle Quality Assurance

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and end-to-end testing processes
• Experienced in developing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements
• Able to perform defect analysis, defect tracking, and monitoring of testing logs
• Experience with test automation and the ability to develop or maintain automated test scripts
• Familiar with API testing, database testing, and integration testing is preferred
• Understanding of banking or financial technology products is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Senior Quality Assurance

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, test strategy, SDLC, and QA processes
• Experienced in designing and implementing efficient test automation frameworks and strategies
• Strong experience in advanced non-functional testing, including performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and system stability testing
• Able to identify potential quality risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Experienced in defect analysis and root cause identification
• Strong understanding of banking products, financial systems, or fintech applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Lead Quality Assurance

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, with proven experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Supervisory role
• Strong expertise in QA strategy, testing methodologies, test management, and SDLC
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing QA teams across multiple testing activities
• Able to develop testing strategies, methodologies, test plans, and overall testing roadmaps
• Strong understanding of risk management, defect management, and quality assurance processes
• Experience in banking or financial technology projects is preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
