Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Oversee daily depot operations, including scheduling, production planning & inventory management
Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the depot and staff are always well-maintained
Manage raw material inventory to support smooth production with minimal delays and waste
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational records to ensure profitability
Train and supervise staff, set performance targets, and monitor team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Engineering) to achieve company goals
Syarat Pekerjaan
Age 22–30 years old (Male/Female)
Minimum 1 year experience in F&B/FMCG/Production/Logistics as a Team Leader
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline
Highly committed, energetic, and has a positive attitude
Strong managerial and communication skills are a must
Detail-oriented and systems-driven
Able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate team performance
Proficient in computer operation & ERP systems
Familiar with tools such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar workspaces
