Reservation Agent

• Manages booking inquiries, answer incoming calls and emails, process bookings, and prepare confirmation letters.
• Update booking databases, manage cancellations or modifications, and assist with guest preferences and special requests.
• Proficiency in using reservation software, property management systems (PMS).
