Create engaging captions, headlines, taglines, and promotional content across various marketing channels
Develop creative copy for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, events, and brand activations
Write compelling product descriptions, promotional scripts, and brand storytelling content
Craft clear and persuasive copy for digital and offline marketing materials, including vouchers, posters, and promotional displays
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and accurate grammar across all communication platforms
Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Social Media, and Marketing teams to develop effective campaign materials
Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas
Review and proofread all marketing copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with campaign objectives

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment
Provide friendly and engaging customer service, taking orders accurately and handling payments
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
Restock ingredients and supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation standards
Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
Strong creative writing, storytelling, and persuasive communication skills
Experienced in writing copy for marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, events, and brand activations
Familiar with digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc) and current social media trends
Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both English and Indonesia
Able to adapt writing styles to different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice
