Accounting Manager

• Supervising all accounting activities: including reviewing and controlling all payments and receipts, bank reconciliation and tenants billing.
• Maintaining accounting procedures, systems and related internal control to ensure that it meets the company regulations
• Handling taxation matters and manage the coordination with tax officer and external auditor
• Controlling tenants outstanding billings and collections and payments.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and other required financial reports
• Preparing and controlling budget monitoring
• Preparing consolidated financial statements related documents to the head office on a regular basis
• Overseeing the accounting and finance team integrity of works

IT Staff

• Troubleshoot PC, network, software, hardware, etc
• Maintain and server, database, networks, connections, etc
• Maintain and manage Mikrotik and Load Balancing for the internet connection
• Maintain and manage all IT properties including monthly opname
• Coordinate and reporting for all issues regarding software and
  hardware

Accounting Manager

• Bachelor Degree from finance accounting major
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a similar position in Finance operations, especially in accounting and taxation for any kind of industry ( have experience in the real estate industry is better)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)

IT Staff

• Male, Maximum 35 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• has 1 years experince minimum in the same position
• Have knowledge of operating system, hardware, database, software, and networking
• Have experience in Mikrotik and Load Balancing
• Have high responsibility in work ethics
