Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
- Processing customer registration, requests, transaction and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with all collegues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Experience working with customer support in startup or school
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stresses or upset
- Comfortable using computers and managing data using Ms. excel
- Understanding end to end customer experience journey to improve customer experience
