Barista

• Prepare drinks according to Sancha’s recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Serve guests, explain the menu, and handle transactions
• Keep the outlet clean and complete daily stock counts

Area Supervisor

• Maintain SOPs, service standards, and product quality across outlets
• Track sales, KPIs, stock, food cost, waste, and audit findings
• Coach store leaders, close action items, and report area performance

Graphic Designer (Motion Focus)

• Create 2D motion graphics for campaigns, reels, and outlet screens
• Turn briefs into storyboards, animation, and aspect-ratio variants
• Transform campaign KV, product visuals, typography, and illustrations into dynamic motion content
• Develop storyboards, animation concepts, transitions, and aspect-ratio variations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to translate briefs into visual executions
• Maintain Sancha’s visual identity and deliver final and source files

Trainer (Learning and Development)

• Identify training needs across outlet teams
• Develop onboarding, product, service, and SOP materials
• Lead practical training and assess team skills
• Coach teams and monitor training outcomes on the job

Barista

• Male/Female aged 21–28 years
• Experience as a barista or F&B cashier
• Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to distinguish tastes and aromas
• Available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to commute reliably to the assigned outlet
• English proficiency is preferred
• Locations: Tokyo Hub PIK2, Pluit Village, Summarecon Mall Bekasi, Sarinah, Alam Sutra, Mall Bassura, Entertainment District PIK 2, AEON Mall Deltamas

Area Supervisor

• Male (preferred)/Female aged 25 years
• 2–3 years in retail/F&B operations with multi-outlet supervision
• Able to analyse sales KPIs, inventory, food cost, and waste using Excel or Google Sheets
• Available for regular outlet visits and operational needs

Graphic Designer (Motion Focus)

• Male/Female
• Have a motion design portfolio with typography, product, campaign, and social media content
• Able to translate static key visuals into engaging motion graphics
• Skilled in After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing
• Understands motion timing and social media formats, including 9:16 and 4:5, deliver final assets and editable project files

Trainer (Learning and Development)

• Male (preferred)/Female aged 25 years
• Experience in F&B operations, including training, coaching, or assessing outlet teams
• Strong knowledge of product, service, and hygiene standards
• Clear presentation and feedback skills
• Willingness to train teams across multiple outlets
