Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and develop new business opportuntiies and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable chemical raw material products.
- Present products and solutions to customers.
- Conduct business negotiations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly handled.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer development, and business opportunities.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong educational/background knowledge in Chemistry.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Business
- Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in the chemical industry or chemical raw material distribution is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of chemical products and their applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to identify new business opportunities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to conduct customer visits when required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
