PT Infomedia Nusantara in 1995 when PT Telkom invested in the company, and became a shareholder along with PT Elnusa.
Infomedia has four business divisions:
Directory services – publishes directories through various media
Call Center Services – provides inbound and outbound telephone-based services
Content Services – manages the development and marketing of the Infomedia database
Shared Service Operation or Shared Service Center (SSO) – provides and manages supporting function of a corporate or business system.
