We’re looking for the person who will lead business growth: identifying and closing opportunities across partnerships, sponsorships and new revenue streams — and helping shape the products that drive them.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze market trends and map audience segments to sharpen our value proposition
• Help define product features and content offerings that drive commercial growth
• Prepare proposals, rate cards and presentations; maintain partner relationships
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing and production — while respecting the editorial–commercial firewall
• Report performance and recommendations directly to leadership

• Available to work on-site and full-time
• A Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant experience
• 3–5 years in digital media, digital news or content-driven businesses for their business development, partnerships or sales
• A proven record of finding opportunities, cultivating partnerships and negotiating to close
• Product thinking: market analysis, user needs, feature prioritisation for digital media products
• Present strong communication and build trust, inside and out
• Analytical chops: interpret data, evaluate performance, deliver concise recommendations
