Content Strategiest Associate
- We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to plan and execute engaging content across our social media platforms
- Develop campaign concepts, scripts, and content plans
- Plan and manage content across Instagram and TikTok
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to execute content on schedule
- Ensure content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives
- Engage with the audience and foster community interaction
- Monitor content performance and identify improvement opportunities
Marketplace Specialist
- We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to optimize marketplace performance, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Analyze product performance (traffic, conversion, best sellers & slow movers)
- Manage marketplace campaigns, vouchers, and product bundling
- Optimize product listings (title, description, photos, and keywords)
- Monitor stock and pricing across all sales channels
- Maintain marketplace performance, including store ratings and service metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Sales Associate
- We are looking for a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, support store operations, and create a positive shopping experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple content timelines

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce

- Nice to have: Experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, Tik Tok Shop, or website management is a plus
