Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Draft, review, and supervise strategic contracts and corporate legal documents
Draft, structure, and analyze white papers, legal opinions, legal memoranda, and comprehensive corporate law studies
Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice on corporate matters
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Company Law, BUMN regulations, and related laws
Implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles
Manage relationships with regulators, external counsel, and business partners
Lead and oversee the legal team’s performance

Syarat Pekerjaan

Master of Law (M.H.) from an accredited Indonesian university (Corporate/Business Law specialization preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Legal within Indonesia (law firm or in-house corporate experience)
Advocate License (PERADI KTA) and Oath Certificate (BAS) are preferred
Proven ability in legal drafting, corporate advisory, and regulatory liaison
Strong presentation and professional communication skills
