Customer Service:

• Provide the best service to customers
• Renew ship schedule per week
• Confirm trucking & customer requirements for container arrangements
• Make the actual data to be sent to consignee
• Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Recommend services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution
• Keep the records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Excellent communication and preparation skills
• Ability to multi-task, detail, prioritize and manage time effectively

Marketing Supervisor (Export & Import):

• Male/female, min. 35 years old
• Min. 8 years working experience in Shipping Line
• Understand about shipping lines Southeast Asia, USA & Europe
• Understand export and import
• Negotiating shipping rates with carriers, shipping lines or airlines
• Maintaining reguler contact with carriers, shipping lines or airlines
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
• Managing daily shipping arrangement
• Good proficiency in English both spekaing and writing
• Having a good communication skills
• Think wisely to make a decision
• Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
• Work close with operations and CS team smooth and efficient
• Creativity, good organization and planning skills
