Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Workshop Manager

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of workshop activities
• Supervise daily activities of the workshop, including quality assurance, quality time repair
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
• Meet regularly with workshop eaders to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands and manage the flow and quality of work
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to repair

Sales & Marketing Manager

• Establish new market & key customer for the company
• Responsible for all sales, strategic marketing activities
• Accountable for individual and team sales target
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Responsible for developing sales department to sustain the business growth
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Management
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in a similiar position
• Preferably Manager specialized in oil & gas service company
• Excellent in Indonesian Tax Law is a mandatory.
• Understanding Accurate & ERP System
• Have strong motivation, integrity, professionalism, accounting businnes, pressure resistance, being able to follow changes and business trends
• Strongs Analytical thinking, detailed, discipline and be able to work individually and team work
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skill
• Having the ease to work effectively under pressure and to meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be place in Jatiuwung – Tangerang

• Familiar with 5R
• Excellent English skill both writing and speaking.
• Self-driven in completing tasks, have a high initiative to act
• Is a team player with results-oriented attitude and great problem solving skills

• Usia Maks 30 Tahun
• Minimal Pendidikan D3/ S1 Kesehatan/K3/Teknik Lingkungan
• Pengalaman Minimal 1 – 2 Tahun dibidang K3L
• Sertifikat AK3U/AK3 Migas
• Memiliki Pemahaman yang cukup tentang Hirarki K3, Peraturan dan Perundangan K3,
  Penilaian Resiko K3, Investigasi Kecelakan, Proteksi Kebakaran, P3K, dan CSMS
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint dan Picture), Mengetahui tentang implementasi sistem ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Internal Audit, Penanganan ketidaksesuain, Proses Assessment & Evalution.
• Bahasa Inggris Minimal Pasif
• Komunikasi baik, Memiliki motivasi berprestasi, dan komunikasi baik
• Bersedia ditugaskan ke site project
