Quality Assurance (QA) Tester-Manual

• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a software quality assurance role
• Women
• Direct experience testing within a core banking environment is required
• Familiarity with the Temenos platform is a significant advantage

Technical Skills

1. QA Methodologies
   Strong understanding of software testing principles, practices, and the SDLC
2. Core Banking Navigation
   Ability to navigate core banking modules (Customer, Account, FT, Credit)
3. Test Management Tools
   Experience with test case management & defect tracking (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
4. Database
   Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation queries
5. Problem-Solving
   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail

Project Manager

• Minimum 3–5 years work experience as a Project Manager in information system development (banking experience and knowledge of Temenos is a plus)
• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics / Computer Engineering, minimum GPA 3.00
• Proficient in project management, including planning, managing, and executing projects effectively
• Mastery of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other methodologies
• Ability to create schedules, manage resources, and monitor project progress
• Able to identify risks and manage project risks
• Able to identify issues or obstacles that arise within the project
• Able to facilitate change management in projects
• Have knowledge about the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

System Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the banking or fintech industry
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message-based integration
• Familiarity with Indonesian payment rails (RTGS, SKN, BI-FAST), SWIFT, and Bank Indonesia’s SNAP standards
• Proven experience in creating API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical integration documentation (BRD/SOP)
• Solid understanding of core banking system concepts (e.g., Temenos or similar platforms) and integration methods via real-time or batch services
• Familiarity with supporting infrastructure components, including API Gateways (e.g., Gravitee/Kong), IAM (Keycloak/LDAP), caching (Redis), and file storage systems (MinIO/NFS/SFTP)

Product Analyst/Business Analyst

• Graduated from a public university (PTN) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Power Query; knowledge of VBA is an advantage
• Strong data analysis skills, including data cleansing and data reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualification

• Understanding of Merchant Acquiring, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and QRIS business processes is an advantage
