Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintenance aplikasi yang telah diimplementasi di tempat client
- Maintenance Hardware Server Database/Aplikasi/Web (performance dan sizing)
- Membuat laporan harian ke client
- Membantu client dalam operational aplikasi
- Melakukan troubleshooting dan fixing error pada aplikasi
- Membuat Training Material/User Guide
- Memberikan Training aplikasi ke end user
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Experience with SQL, Java, Flow Process Diagram technologies is a plus
- Experience deploy with IIS, JBOSS, Tomcat or weblogic and other tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ISO 8583, JSON, XML, other messaging
- Able to analytical thinking, logging analysis & problem solving
- Understand the project scope that is included in the project documentation
- Analyzing technically inputs, processes and outputs produced in an IT project
- Documenting application test results
- Fast learner, teamwork and analytical skills
- Monitoring and close ticket assigned to the apps team
- Preferably experience in Banking
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
