• Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting production control system
• Troubleshooting problems hardware, software, network
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers, and scanner
• Serve as the first point of contact forclients seeking technical assistance overthe phone or Gmail
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Able to coordinate with operational teams and users
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow up and update user status and informatior

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, computer science/information technology orequivalent
• Have experience on IT Support/IT Helpdesk for min 2 years (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Age between 20-30 years old
• Having good communication skill
• Having knowledge of it hardware, network/LAN, Internet, Server, Windows, office, including installation and troubleshooting
• Have responsibilities on own work
• Easily adapt to changing situation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
